What does it take to be well?
I mean, to really be well–to feel healthy, to have energy, to spread positive thoughts to the world around you, to experience such a change in your well-being that you encourage others to join your “wellness club” so they can experience the same benefits.
We don’t know all of the answers, but we do know it takes at least sound nutrition, physical activity, emotional stability, relational connectedness, and spiritual convictions. In other words, balance.
We know that if we continue our current habits, we’ll continue reaping the same results, and we know that wellness is much easier and less expensive once you’re well.
